- Project was constructed in 2013 and opened in November of 2014
- Met with the owner in spring of 2013 to design and build a 23,500 square foot hanger at the North Bay Airport Industrial Park. This would be the first airside building in the new industrial park for the City.
- By locating on this parcel of land we can eliminate the high cost of Storm Water Management as the City has included this in the subdivision design
- Working hand in hand with the owner we designed the hanger to his exact specifications
- Project is built in a manner that it can be expanded at a later date
- Made use of the buildings height to install a second and third floor area above the ground floor office for future development
- Worked in conjunction with Nav Canada and the local Airport authorities to not disturb the existing runway operations
- The main hanger door is 105’ wide by 27’ high allowing for large aircraft to be housed in the building
- The building boasts a great repair and rebuilding capability for aircrafts
