Kia of North Bay
- Project was constructed in 2010 and opened in April 2011
- We were hired after initial tendered pricing came in over budget, to redesign and implement cost saving measures
- Building is 13,000 square feet in size
- Consists of a 3 car showroom, customer lounges, administration offices, 2 drive through service bays, 8 service bays, parts department and service area.
- Worked closely with subcontractors to monitor costs and expenses.
- Worked directly with the owners architect to include all changes to the building
