- The initial build was for an office/manufacturing facility with a footprint of 26,500 square feet.
- In 2018 we are adding an additional 30,000 square feet of manufacturing to this facility
- It is a pre-engineered building that has a 3000 square foot 2 story office space internally
- This project is also located on the Airport Industrial Park lands the City of North Bay have developed
- By locating on this parcel of land we can eliminate the high cost of Storm Water Management as the City has included this in the subdivision design
- By planning ahead we have eliminated any need to change the existing building or site to accommodate these future expansions allowing the company to stay in business while the work is being completed.
