Farquhar Chrysler
- Project was constructed in 2015 opening in January of 2016
- Building is a Design/Build and leased back through our development partners
- Building houses a Chrysler car dealership 23,500 square feet in size
- Building consist of a 5 car showroom, customer lounge featuring a technology work area, sales and administration offices, parts department, drive thru service featuring 14 service bays and 4 clean up bays
- We installed an underground storm water management system to allow for more space to park cars
- We handled the project from Design to completion
- Property had 5 metres of slope from one side to the other so we made efficient use of the grades and incorporated a clean up shop in the basement to avoid wasted space
- The use of energy efficient lighting packages and BIGASS fans makes for a great working environment for their staff
