- Project was constructed in 2013 opening in May 2014
- Design/Build project for S and M Farquhar holdings
- Building houses a 16,000 square foot specialty market
- Consists of fresh produce, bakery, cheese counter, butcher shop, prepared food section, freezer, refrigeration and salad bar
- Project was a renovation complete with a 9,000 square foot addition
- DMS handled to project from design to completion
- Owner was involved on a regular basis as this project change directions several times during construction
